Historic Guest Farm with Olive groves and Appaloosa Horses in Stud. Conferencing, entertainment areaGoedeverwachting Guest Farm was built in 1795, and has been restored to its former glory to accomodate guests as it did in the beginning of South Africa's modern history. Located under the Hottentot Holland Mountains, amongst Olive groves and Appaloosa horses, the farm provides a very relaxing place to stay and visit the sights of the Cape. There is a conference centre and a number of entertainment facilities, including a tennis court, swimming pool, sauna, and braai area. The farm has excellent birdwatching, hiking, and farm activities to complement the opportunity to visit the closely located Winelands or Whale watching routes. |
